| I've got a Samsung S22 Ultra that also uses facial recognition to unlock it. Why am I mentioning my Android phone? Because I'm figuring that these phones might work similarly to an Iphone. Mine needs the passcode typed into it once per day, after that, it can be unlocked with facial recognition and this is without the phone being powered off. That might be why their phone worked with facial recognition for only a brief period of time. Did you try the last 4 digits of their social security number? That's probably a pretty common passcode. | |
