You already have the long term agreement??

I guess I would get out here and do it because it’s helping you. I just started fertilizing pasture ground a few years ago, granted there is plenty you cant take the tractor across but what you can has made a tremendous amount of difference. The early cool season grass comes in good and thick. About half way through summer take the mower and cut the headed out grass about 6 inches. The stuff underneath comes in good.

I guess I look at is as it’s helping me out by making the ground more productive. You have no problem doing it on your own ground why not someone else’s? All landlords are on verbal agreements but if your concerned make it legal and go to town
