But do they anneal the crank or temper it or any thing special? I’d think that they probably don’t just weld it up with your common welder and leave it at that. But I don’t really know. I know a guy here that rebuilds engines had some kind of a torch or some setup that somehow sprayed metal on just to build up a rough or worn surface.
