None of above. Ok maybe you might think cheap.
I don’t care.
A decent winter project. Grind, preheat, weld up a bit more. Then grind smooth. If it breaks it will be in field, under load. Not on road where a 7/8” could hold it.
Local blacksmith does really good rebuilding hitch holes, large pins. I worry he will retire every spring.
