| A little coffee tidbit I picked up from a tour of a coffee plantation in Costa Rica. Pretty simple way they sort out the good stuff from the gas station swill, all the raw beans are poured from overhead bins in underground silos filled with water. The best flavored, low acid content beans sink to the bottom, the Folgers crap float. The good stuff is then label 100% Arabica. I will not buy, nor can I drink a cup of non 100% arabica coffee anymore. Yuk. The good beans cost a little more, but it’s one of life’s pleasures to me. | |
