Sw mn | I’m on the fire department and it’s not my job to clean it up. We also aren’t repairing your house after a fire. We are out there to cut you out of the car, traffic control, put out the fire. Emt is there to get you to the hospital, check your vitals, stabilize the patient. That being said we end up doing some cleaning while we are waiting. Pick up the big stuff and put it in the totaled car.
It’s my understanding that the tow truck is supposed to clean up the seen. They charge a pretty penny to the insurance company. If they don’t want to clean it, the cop should call another tow truck company next time.
I would call the kids parents and get the kid to clean it up or do it myself and move on. Take an extra 10 minutes and turn a bill into the insurance company if you do it yourself. | |
