NW Montana
Are you married?

Do you have children?

Do you need to show a profit?

What State?

Do you have specialty crop opportunities near by?

As a landlord I try to work with the farmers who I lease to.

I don’t respond to calls or letters on farms that have a lease.

Same operators for the 10 to 25 years on all but a farm we bought 2 years ago.

The younger guy I worked with had 3 things going for him.

Dad had a good reputation

He and his Dad are millwrights

He farmed organic as it was profitable not as a religion.

What do you have to offer a landlord?

We need see ability, stability and willingness to pay.
