| When you booked the fertilizer and paid for it did you have a written contract? If so, what does it say about resolving disputes? It may state that conflicts are to be resolved by arbitration. If so, let them know that you wish to proceed with arbitration.
Otherwise, you could have an attorney contact them and demand the maps but it’s probably cheaper to pay the bill than pay for an attorney. Depends on whether you are disputing based principle or just economics. A letter from an attorney directed to the home office might get their attention. | |
