| I have hauled water for cows and for the house after new vineyards dropped the water table here. Always a conflict with other jobs that are important too. A hundred years of history, spring had never changed volume until the billionaires and their vineyards. I sure wish a well was only $18,000 to drill here.
You could haul the water for a year if your renter would stay under that condition. Then you would know what it costs. And how much time it takes. | |
