| I hear ya. I’m quite aways south of you in northeast Nebraska, and I have a difficult enough time getting any kind of cover going on the fall in what should be a lot easier scenario than what you would have.
Usually by the time harvest is done I can seed some rye, but there won’t be any growth until spring. The gully washer that it was supposed to protect me from is what finally gets it going.
I can sympathize with guys that at least make the effort to protect their ground. Nature doesn’t always cooperate. Going on a month or more without rain is a foreign concept to some. | |
