swohio | Its so hard to look at bean ground that's been worked in the fall, there's nothing to stop it from blowing or washing. I can see the public at some point will say that's enough. Soil in ditches and water isn't good no matter how it got there. Yes there's stuff beyond ones control, but to work bean ground in the fall and then say when it blows across roads and interstates that you can't do something about it is crap. To me those that work bean ground in the fall shouldn't get any money for whatever reason from anyone. | |
