We really need you to do some research on this for all of us.
Report back how this all works 
Seems like this has been discussed in previous years.
Seems like the cover crops will frost more readily.
Seems like the bare soil absorbs more heat in the day time and thus gives out more heat at night time.
Personally I think that the cover crops will manage excess water in April better.
