Knocking down rye with a cultipacker has worked for me and organic soybeans, but the rye needs to be fully pollinated. Yields are good in anything but a dry year.
That said, I wouldn't try no till organic corn into rye unless I was comfortable financially taking a zero for income on that many acres.
