Western Oregon | I am not much of a chicken eater, breast meat only, nothing breaded. Home grown, home baked in the oven. We never get chicken when eating out. Fish and chips, halibut sandwich or a burger but never at McD's. We use to get a sausage biscuit and small orange juice at the John Day McDonalds, about 1/2 way to Wallowa Lake. Time for a break. Get up early and make 1 food stop, 7-8hr trip in the motor home. There wasn't a McDonalds any where close here growing up, had to go to Salem or Corvallis for the nearest one. We had Arctic Circle (Best fry sauce and halibut sandwich) and A&W root beer and bacon Mama burger. If we went to Salem or Corvallis we had 2 Bob's burgers, no fries and a grape fountain drink....James | |
