A couple years back I used to listen to Dr Ali quite a bit. His presentations are very long and technical though presented in terms ordinary people can understand. I don't spend the time to listen to him as much  these days as it takes up a LOT of time up. But the Doctors to Trust channel will take some of these longer technical presentations of different doctors and researchers and not only edit them shorter so they are more watchable but also put text titles about important points to emphasize them. This one is a half hour long which is short for Dr Ali presentations. He brings up a lot of small studies and case reports. Plus the large industry sponsored studies. If you are interested in cholesterol or treatment for cholesterol levels this might be worth watching.
