NW Iowa | I'll bet the Finnish farmers were in awe with all of the open land we have in the US. We were in Finland for two weeks fifteen years ago. Our hosts took us all over the southern third of the country. It was mostly trees and lakes with a few open areas of farm land. The Finnish people are more financially conservative and polite than most people here in the US. We have always wanted to go back but we haven't pulled the trigger yet. | |
