S Illinois | How much land has changed hands in that area in the last 2-3 years. Good to great crops the last few years , monetarily conservative operations/families in that area, and low sales volume means right or wrong operations on a whole only need to cash flow the purchase instead of the piece by itself. There just isn’t enough sales volume to overwhelm the buyers yet.
Any dairy/manure considerations on those pieces? | |
