Northeast Indiana | I have the autobatch durameter system and really like it. What i do is pump the first batch into my cone so that I can compare the actual amount to the meter readout, then from there I just program the meter to put in what it read for the actual amount that I need (I hope that makes sense). So I don't actually bother with changing the calibration most of the time. You can program the meter with several different calibrations, then just have to select which calibration you need for whatever chemical you are metering. I've got my autobatch system setup with a 3 way valve so that I can either inject into the fill line or into our inductor cone with a turn of the lever. I also have a rinse line plumbed in to make rinsing between chemicals super easy. Then just a little planning on what chemicals you use for each pump, and it's a fairly easy system to use.
