NW Washington | When they take pictures of the inside of your eyeball before you see the retina specialist, you can expect some really bright lights. I once had a tear in my retina fixed with a laser. It was kind of scary, but there was no pain. There will be lots of old folks in the waiting room.
Also, bring some dark sunglasses because they use some strong stuff to dilate your eyes. And hope that Wednesday is a dark, cloudy day. | |
