Agent Orange: Friendly fire that keeps on burning. | GM decided to tackle the EV range issue by brute forcing it. The Silverado can be had with a 200 Kwh battery pack. Yes, the empty range and towing range goes up but the cost of such is a heavy battery that runs up the cost of the vehicle and reduces efficiency because it's always lugging extra weight. Is the trade-off worth it? Only the buyers get to make that call. |
