Central PA
btw, history.....in the early days of ICE's

you wouldnt find a blacksmith that could install new tires on the cars
veternarians couldnt fix the engines
harness shops couldnt fix the brakes
hardware store sold candles and wicks, no fuses or headlights or batteries or oil

feed mills sold hay but didnt sell gas,
besides that tank of fuel is a suicide bomb waiting to happen
and the unholy speed those cars would go...
and how you find your way home when you're drunk?

heck where could you get anything you needed for that new fangled car?

btw, subsidies (including military costs for oil wars) for petroleum is pprobably more than 100 years in the running, electronics is about 100+ years old now, computers maybe 70 years, and what less than 20 year old vehicle can be fixed today without a wiring diagram, a multimeter or obd code reader?

so nice that things never change :)
