Subject: RE: Tissue Ca and Mg

I would love to get my calcium tissue levels close to 1 percent in corn no matter what I do it is never that high. I think sometimes that may be my limiting factor. No matter if I have soils with high or medium base saturation levels of Ca. I’m curious if anyone has ever tried a liquid calcium in furrow or even y dropped mixed with nitrogen. I really want to try this theory the only reason I don’t try in furrow as a test is because can’t mix calcium with any phosphorus. I would have to clean my whole planter liquid system out to do the test.
