Central Wi | Ran into a similar situation a few years ago. Needed a driveway onto an 80 I bought on state highway. The original buildings were sold separately. They have 3 driveways in about 300 ft. 2 are less than 20 ft wide with undersized culverts. I finally got my driveway pushed through as ag. Required a 24" tube with aprons and cross bars. Claimed it was required. $3000 later I had a driveway. Fast forward 2 years and the local bto buys farm across the road. Throws in a 18" tube without any extra requirements I had to pay for. So I called asking questions trying to get them to reimburse for the aprons and safety bars. That went nowhere. I despise government and their revenue creating schemes. | |
