I donot know of 1 farmer that I personally know dryland or irrigated that wants to get rid of crop insurance and doesnt take it . If you dont like dont take it.


I'm pretty sure you've met at least a couple farmers that don't take crop insurance. Or, at least, you know who they are.

I know that your dad knew one that never did.

Probably it's not a topic that you discuss with all the farmers you know.
