Hi Jim,
That's #3 son Daniel. He is a senior in college and along with his new beard, he has really grown up recently. He is majoring in business and financial planning, and works at the local still family owned, not for sale bank! They have offered him a plum position for when he graduates in May. I'm really proud of him.
