But if people truly wanted to buy the land they could, just way easier to say how hard it is and I am talking land around here vs $20-30k land where you are. I would consider land cheap here compared to most places
Btw, I bought more land last year… but I did sell 65 acres so I could buy the farm across the fence which was considerably larger than the piece I sold.
I have 2 other fence line farms I would buy if available but they are in strong hands and don’t foresee them being available during my lifetime and that’s fine with me.
