We have grower dry beans on our farm since 1971 or 1972. Have watched over the years many newbies start growing them and only last 2-3 years growing them before they can’t handle the stress of them.
Might have you by a little bit. 3 generations maybe:)

The stress factor is sure universal! You don't have them until they're in the bin. Weather wise, they were without a doubt the riskiest thing we grew.
