If it's the 'mandates' that you're concerned about, I wouldn't stress over that much. The states that are putting out that 2035 figure are doing so to keep everyone on the same page. That way, the home builders, electric companies, municipalities, car manufacturers, car parts suppliers, fuel stations, and oil companies can all have the same goal in mind. I have no doubt that the 2035 date will be pushed further out because they aren't meeting it. But at least everyone can come to the table with the same timeline info. |
