Southern Indiana | I agree.. Most people should raise their own eggs.. I’ve got 27 chickens here now which is plenty, but we just got done raising 12 young ones. Nothing goes to waste in this house… All scraps go out there. I buy some layer pellets for them but grind our own corn for them otherwise it’d get awfully expensive to feed them.. Just gotta make sure they are closed in good for predator reasons.. | |
