100 miles north of the NYC crapper | Daughter and SIL retrofitted an existing Morton into their house. I don’t recall the exact cost but it wasn’t cheap. It had a small apartment in one end already and concrete throughout. They had to jackhammer out the concrete to route the plumbing, put all new steel on the exterior roof included. It’s now 3br 2 bath. Huge living area with all smaller rooms in one end.
He had used the building for his machinery repair business which he outgrew.
