Northwest IOWA | Before Village West was built the old resort in the 60s there was Vacation Village owned by the Ross family. I meet them in 2005 they were getting old but still living . Their daughter still lives in the Lakes area . After they sold the old resort to developers to build Village West , their son Larry Ross ran a Kitchen Cabinet and Design business in Spiritlake. He had a large collection of Antique Outboard motors some are in the Maritime Museum in Arnolds Park. | |
