NE Iowa | Yes! They would have nightly entertainment. Sometimes a singing act, a ventriloquist, or a magician. We always went in early September. I’d get out of school to go right after school had started. They had people hired to do activities with the kids during part of the day. Man that was a fun place for me.
Thanks for the replies everyone. I’ve tried to find pix on the internet of how it used to be and only came up with pictures of a 1979 brochure which was the same time period I would have been there.
