You are correct that the new owners made a slight change to the formulation in 2023. I had a couple complaints that year from guys like you that were using applicators to apply. I was told that they fixed the problem in 2024 and I did not hear any complaints from my customers this year.
I don't see your name on my customer list, so I assume that you purchased elsewhere. Hopefully you contacted your retailer to let them know of the problem. But I will share your post with the powers above me to see if we can make sure it doesn't happen again. Jay Herron | |
