that is exactly how we run our Deere air seeder. I have a JD gen 4 in the cab for the air seeder and section control. I turn the iso of on the tractor and with that harness connected it will force the iso implement feed into Deere display. That harness feeds the gps from the Fendt into the Deere display for section control. I run all guidance on the Fendt display. I think Deere ISO doesn't play nice with other brands of iso. We run several other brands of Iso into the Fendt and they work seamlessly. I prefer this setup so if I have issues with one or the other the dealer can't play the blame game and say its the Fendt's problem.
