College tuition went through the roof when the government started guaranteeing the loans. Colleges don't care if you can pay the loan back if you get a worthless degree, so they came up with all kinds of feel good degrees to sucker in the kids who want to party for 6 years before they graduate and won't take a job because it doesn't pay 6 figures for their degree in gender studies.
This doesn’t make any sense to me.
