I have an Agco-Allis 9655 with a Detroit series 40 for an engine. I'm pretty sure this is an International 466 cubic inch engine. That thing will start with no ether assist down to 20F for sure. It's never used in winter so I don't know about real cold temps but it's the best starting tractor I've ever been around. Just touch the key and it starts, well you need to turn it a bit I guess. haha
