Subject: Tissue Ca and Mg

Central, PA
I am starting to do more tissue tests to get some base line on plant nutrition at stages (very interesting). One thing I consistently notice in corn and wheat not matter the field or stage is high or very high Calcium and Low Magnesium. It varies with stage but will always be generally that way.
Any thoughts why?

I'd love to learn more about foliar nutrient interaction if anyone has recommendations for classes.
