Melancthon, Ontario | On tractor house there are 350 for sale in the US and 300 in canada. Given the population difference i agree that there must ve more of them in the north. The northern plains can be pretty tough country, but there are also a fair number of operations that own a staggering ammount of land. Also a lot easier to keep the grain away from an x9 running in 40 bushel crop than one running in 200+.
I withdraw my 'I state' comment and will say that machinery is priced for those who own land in a big, BIG way. | |
