I’ll be following. Don’t see these nearly as much in north iowa as I do in southern Iowa. I think a lot of the reason is many are second homes to absentee landowners that bought hunting farms. I have a need for equipment storage and lodging for when I’m down there, and this style is perfect for my needs.
So how much cheaper can a Shouse or Barndominium be built vs a ranch home?
