So do they need to run wire 900 feet then? Is it for sure a three phase motor? They should be able to build you a bank for whatever voltage you need? So you need 240 leg to leg? If thats the case the can build a 120/240 Delta bank.. Sounds like you need to call the electric suppliers metering department. They will get you sorted out.
