Melancthon, Ontario | They do, I took a business class in grade 9 (20 years ago now) that covered all of that.
It wasnt a mandetory class, but it was/is there.
Edit: now that i think about it more grade 12 math covered interest well and in depth, i remember the class struggling with compound interest calculations. But again, by grade 12 math wasnt mandatory.
At some point doesnt the onus fall on the parents to make sure their child takes the appropriet classes
