Move out of the land of 1 crop insurance claim every 20 years and maybe you'll be more understanding. And if keeping an L.O.C. open at the bank is a sign of trouble then I guess 95+% of farmers are gonna go under.


If 95% of farmers need to keep an LOC open to operate, farmer money management is worse than I figured if the number is that high. Too many let wants dictate what they spend vs spending for what is needed. Too much wasteful spending by too many farmers is the problem.

Like pulling tractors?

Not pulling tractors, but over spending on equipment and inputs. Too much fat in too many operations with what is being spent to produce a crop.

Ok got it. Pulling tractors completely fine. Any other piece of machinery that’s newer than a 2000 model is wailing about too much fat. Just so we’re on the same page. Gotta justify the new pulling tractor to momma
