| Yes they are, need to spread that machinery payment across more acres, last two large acre rent auctions (760 & 1100 ) went for a little over $2.45 per bushel of corn production per acre. Fall price here is less than $4.00. So somebody thinks that they can do everything else for $1.55 per bushel on 180ish yield.
Sounds to me like somebody will need to trade equipment before payment is due. | |
