I was at a higher end establishment and they had a drink selection that included a Berry Shrub.
Basics were several varieties of berries cooked down and diluted with sparkling water and apple cider vinegar and balsamic vinegar. Curiosity got the best of me and it was wonderful. I personally would dilute it more, but adds nice subtle flavor.
May be a way to introduce ACV into a routine in a pleasant way.
