Humic will grab the free ammonia from 28%, so possibly a day difference with corn greening up because the N has to go in through the roots, but some percent will still be available immediately so it becomes a question of how much Nitrogen is needed to green the corn up visually.
But to answer directly- whatever side the pivot starts on will be greener first.
The gallon to four is an alarming rate- I use 1 Pint humic for 10 gallon 28%.

I'm not sure what humic can possibly help potassium do.
