SW Ohio		I put down what i think i can reasonable get for the asset.
Helps to get a snapshot for if i had to get out of farming, what would things look like.

Banker will their numbers, not mine anyway.

I have a 250bpa aph farm at 15k and 210bpa at 10.3k. I guarantee some moron would give that for it.
