| My banker seems highly appreciative I give them business, and wants me to take out more loans (I only have annual loans, except for a small loan for building a grain bin). He asks me every year what I think my machinery/acreage/livestock on hand is worth. I thought my acreage was worth 100k more than last year due to the insane prices people pay for acreages around here (people really have a ton of money/want to go into debt, apparently), so I told him the number. Still seems like more of a formality than anything, he doesn't seem to care. I definitely don't need the additional worth as leverage for the loans. | |
