| Currently my field and house shares an entrance with the neighbors off of the highways. The neighbor owns it and there is an easement that I can use it. I want to build a bin further into my field and I applied to get a driveway permit off of the highway. After submitting the $2,000 and all the stuff. The highway engineer said “no, the driveways are 400 ft away from each so that’s too close”. He won’t let me build a driveway unless I take the neighbors out.
Anyone ever had any luck fighting this? I’ve been back and forth with the engineer for 4 weeks. The highway field person said it’s dumb I can’t build one. Located in Nebraska | |
