March seems way too late for any year, We always buy 32 as early as the august before the next crop and 9 times out of 10 the over-run we use the next summer is higher, (coop deal) Dont have on farm storage but they bring me 5500 gallon transport loads in the spring as I use them, Cant justify on farm storage when all it takes is a little heads up phone call and the trucks is on its way.
