RR Valley, ND; MN native | I don't recall even 40yrs ago when I graduated HS having any class that taught that.
I went to trade school for 2yrs after and there was some class we took that covered some of those topics.
Later went on to a 4yr BS degree and not a topic there either.
Parents never taught me anything on money, etc other than by observing what they did. Lesson there was never spend any money on anything (cause they didn't have much). That one is still my way.
This stuff should be some basic HS class that all are required to take IMO.
